Some time ago I wrote about removing boring fragments of games and about rewarding and punishing players. Yesterday I gave to persuade you to play in MOBĘ…
Heroes of the Storm was the first MOBĄ I played. After two days of playing in HOTS I noticed a certain bolączkę of this game. This is punishing the player with a boring part of the game, or waiting for respawn. Late in the game, the player after death is forced to minute inactivity. In such a dynamic game it seems to me to be a terrible błędęm. The solution to this state of affairs could be to introduce the ghosts of minor buffs and debuffs when a player is waiting for respawn.
My colleagues claim that this is a steel rule of any mobs and cannot be changed. It does not mean that it is not possible to correct it. It's just a matter of balance.
I also noticed that I am not the only person who thinks so. The Forum HOTS A number of topics devoted to this problem.
Below is a link to one topic from the Forum HOTS
One person proposed that a dead player control the past. It is also an option.
It is a small disadvantage for me to not have the ability to define automatic skills selection during the game. However, you cannot treat this as an error. A weak player will lose more time choosing talent, and a good less. Such a game.
On the other hand…
There is a great multitude of people who do not bother the above-mentioned problem of respawn. This is confirmed by the popularity of the competition LOLa.
I do not consider HOTSa to be a game for everyone, precisely due to its dynamicness intermittent periods of passivity.
